4、We require that the test pressure should meet the nominal working pressure of the cylinder (e.g. 150bar/200bar, etc.).
When the air pressure at the bottom of the cylinder rises to the test pressure, hold the pressure for at least 60 seconds, and observe whether there are continuous bubbles in the groove at the bottom of the cylinder.
If bubbles emerge continuously during the pressure holding period, it indicates that the bottom of the bottle leakage is unqualified products; If not, it indicates that the gas cylinder bottom sealing is qualified products;
