4、Cylinder packaging process

1）. Packaging is the last step in the whole gas cylinder production process. Assembly should be carried out according to the requirements of the production task list.  Mainly include: set net set, loading certificate, packing and play support and other work.

2）. Check the inner appearance of the cylinder before packaging, no impurities, pits, scratches and other defects.

3）. For the cylinder body without the valve, the matching tap should be used to detect whether the thread is qualified and whether the thread is complete, without broken teeth, flat teeth and missing teeth.

4）. Packed cylinders shall be stored in accordance with specifications and models, and batch quantity and configuration shall be indicated.
