Rho CO2 Argon Tanks Nitrogen Helium N2O Air O2 Cylinder
Several types of defects that may occur during the manufacture of seamless cylinders.
The defect may be mechanical or material. That is, basic materials used, processing technology, heat treatment control, bottle finishing, or stamping and other processing factors.
The purpose of this appendix is to identify the most common manufacturing defects and to provide rejection guidelines to inspectors performing visual inspections.
However, inspectors must have extensive experience and good judgment to detect, assess and judge a defect during visual inspection.
1、Minimum order quantity: 100 only
2、Use cylinders:Our seamless steel cylinders are widely used in industry, medical devices, fire fighting and scientific research
3、We are China’s gas cylinder production factory,
product sales:China, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania, America
4、Common nonconformance points in gas cylinder production
a/Internal cracks in base:Splits in the metal of the bottom of the cylinder in star form
⎯ When not removable within thickness tolerance
⎯ When removable within thickness tolerance
b/”Orange peel” surface:Orange peel appearance due to discontinuous metal flow
⎯ If sharp cracks are visible in the orange peel surface
5、Visual inspection of cylinders both inside and outside must be complete.
Metal surfaces, especially inside cylinders, should be completely clean and dry and free of oxides, corrosion and rust, which could cause serious defects. Where necessary, clean surfaces in an appropriate manner prior to further testing.
Suitable lighting sources of sufficient intensity should be used.
After cylinder threading is complete, check the inside of the bottleneck for defects using an inner hole viewer, dental profile, or other appropriate tool
