4、Bend test and flattening test of gas tanks :

The bend test shall be carried out in accordance with ISO 7438 on two test pieces obtained by cutting either one or two rings of width 25 mm or 4t, whichever is the greater, into equal parts. Each test piece shall be of sufficient length to permit the bend test to be carried out correctly. Only the edges of each strip may be machined.

5、Nondestructive testing: Ultrasonic testing of cylinders shall be carried out in accordance with ANNEX B of ISO9809-1, without cracks or crack-like defects.  But the length of the cylinder is less than 200mm, or the product of working pressure and water capacity is less than 400 (Rm≥650MPa) or the product of working pressure and water capacity is less than 800 (Rm<650MPa);
