4、Cylinder valve loading process

1). Cylinder upper valve refers to the process of installing the valve of corresponding specifications on the cylinder according to a certain torque through the upper valve machine.

2). Check whether there is any foreign matter inside the inner thread of the cylinder mouth, such as iron filings and impurities. If there is any foreign matter, clean it and prepare assembly and connection with the valve.

3). Tighten the valve on the gas cylinder with the valve machine of special equipment. After tightening the valve, there should be 2-5 spare threads.

4). Ensure that the inner wall of the upper cylinder valve is free from impurities, the threads are intact, and the appearance is free from defects.

5、Whenever cylinders are reheat treated, the minimum guaranteed wall thickness shall be maintained. Only the relevant prototype or batch tests needed to prove the acceptability of the new batch shall be performed again. If one or more tests prove even partially unsatisfactory, all cylinders of the batch shall be rejected.
