Aluminum bottle solution treatment
The aluminum bottle body is heated to an appropriate temperature and kept warm so that the excess phase is fully dissolved into the solid solution, and then the heat treatment process of supersaturated solid solution is obtained by rapid cooling.
Batch design
The number of aluminum bottles that are thermally treated at the same time according to the same design, the same boiler number material, the same manufacturing process and the same heat treatment specification.
Note: under the same quality factor control conditions, the products of heat treatment in different furnaces can be composed of one batch.
The yield strength
The strength of a specified non-proportional elongation of 0.2%.
Design stress factor
Ratio of equivalent wall stress to guaranteed yield strength under hydrostatic test pressure.
Artificial aging treatment
After solution treatment, aluminum bottle body is kept in proper temperature, so that the strengthening phase precipitates out, so as to improve its yield strength and tensile strength of heat treatment process.
