Aluminum bottle body material shall be compatible with filling gas and shall comply with ISO 11114-1.
The first aluminum cylinder designed with 7032.7060 material shall pass corrosion test and constant load crack test. When the nominal outer diameter change is greater than 20%, the corrosion test should be carried out. Corrosion test shall be carried out according to Appendix A, and crack resistance test under constant load shall be carried out.
Aluminum bottle body material 7032.7060 or other heat treatment after the minimum yield strength guarantee value is greater than 380 MPa aluminum bottle, should be carried out before bursting leakage test.
Aluminum cylinder body can also use other aluminum alloy materials with good intergranular corrosion resistance and process performance, but should pass the corrosion test and constant load crack resistance test
